October Family Photos

I was lucky to be able to take so many October family photos this year!  We had some beautiful weather days and lots of great colors.  I’m excited to share all of the beautiful families I got to spend time with this fall!

We will start with this adorable family from Stillwater!  I took photos of them last fall too, and can’t wait for their new addition next year!  Their house in Stillwater is so cute, and was so glad they wanted to take some photos on their front porch.  I think they turned out so great, and hopefully are special to them since they are at their home.

Next I got to meet a family from our school at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis.  These kids were so much fun.  I brought along an extra camera, and the older kids enjoyed taking some photos of their siblings and parents, too!

This final family photo might be my favorite of the fall season.  So much love, and happiness, and connection between all of the family members!  My favorite kind of family photo!

I met this beautiful family on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.  There is a spot behind an elementary school in Prior Lake that is so pretty for photos!  The lighting and fall colors make it one of my favorite spots.  I photographed this family last year, too.  It is always so much fun to have a family come back to me.  I feel like I already know them and we can dive right into the photos because everyone is more comfortable.  I enjoyed playing and making these kids laugh!

My birthday is in the middle of October, and we had a really nice family dinner to celebrate.  Right before we ate, I asked my nephew and niece to come outside with me for some photos, and then got my brother and sister-in-law out there too.  We were only outside for about 15 minutes, and I just love how their short little session turned out!
